Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the Big Band Weekend?

Please bring a valid photo ID both nights. There is no age restriction.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the Big Band Weekend?

The Richmond East Moose Lodge offers a very large parking lot directly in front of the GRAND BALLROOM. A handicapped entrance is also available. The Big Band Weekend does not offer transportation to and from the event. If you are staying at a nearby hotel, they will have transportation options available to you. And of course you can always use Uber or Lyft if you have a smartphone.

What can I bring into the Big Band Weekend?

No outside food or drinks are allowed into the Ballroom. We will have bottled water available at no charge. Due to the cost prohibitive nature of obtaining a liquor license and the required staff and security, there will be NO alcohol served or allowed at this event.

What’s the refund policy?

There are absolutely no refunds available for tickets purchased. The Eventbrite fee is non-refundable.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Please bring your printed tickets with you along with a valid photo ID. Tickets are available online only. If you do not wish to bring paper tickets, you may show us your tickets on your Smartphone.

What do I need to bring to validate my student discount?

Please bring your valid student ID with you each night.
